MichelleChief Executive OfficerHello I'm Michelle , I currently live in Pennsylvania and am the founder and CEO of WCBYH founded in 2017. I started as a volunteer with other organizations when I became aware of some local cases that were not getting the attention that was needed. I opened WCBYH when I was touched personally by a missing family member of my own. I have met so many wonderful people by stepping off the sidelines in support of the families we advocate for in WCBYH. Stepping into the shadows of the missing is difficult, I say 'shadows' because this journey is an extremely hard, long and arduous one to travel. Full of sadness, darkness, fear and confusion. WCBYH is here to stand with and behind our families, to give them the support and guidance that is needed in the dark difficult times ahead.

PaulaAdministrative Regional Case ManagerHello I’m Paula . I currently live in California and am one of the case managers at WCBYH. I started volunteering in 2018. I originally started on a local case in my immediate neighbor of a missing adult male that was not being taken seriously. I later worked on helping another family outside my neighborhood and started leaning on WCBYH with questions and guidance and soon joined their team. I was also once a missing teenager and believe I have a different perspective to possibly offer and help families of missing loved ones with. I believe WCBYH is different than most of the organizations because of the amount of knowledge, communication and support that we offer our families. We are constantly looking to advance in every way possible to assist our families.
